SESSIONS

Pranayama (Yoga of breath)

Sundays 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM (PST)

One class 20$ or a package of 10 classes for 150$ (valid for 6 months)

Meditation (Anapana and Vipassana)

Sundays 3:30 PM to 4:15 PM (PST)

5 consecutive classes 100$

Next session starts on February 14, and continues on Feb. 21, 28, March 7, and 14, of 2021.

Hatha Yoga (for beginners)

Wednesdays 3:30 PM to 4:30 (PST)

One class 20$ or a package of 10 classes for 150$ (valid for 6 months)

Prenatal class

with appointment

20$ for 1.5 hour

​

*Pregnant women are welcomed to meditation classes.

In a yoga session, you will experience each posture in a correct manner and as why it is done for your individual needs. Accessories such as blocks, straps, blankets are used to help achieve the correct alignments and to stay longer in a pose.

The breathing practices are as essential as the asanas as it helps to focus the mind and oxygenate the cells. In restaurative poses, we allow our system to slow down to get benefit of the practiced postures and rejuvenate. The overall intend of the classes is to gradually bring body alignment, strength, and flexibility in a safe manner.
